2 How many design concepts and revisions are included in the quote?

Rather than producing lots of design concepts at once, we provide one design concept at first. We work with you to design your custom website. Revisions, tweaks and changes will be made based on the feedback we get from you.

3 Will we need to have a meeting in connection with the website design?

In the majority of cases a meeting isn't necessary and most of our websites are generally completed with contact via email and telephone. We work with you regularly to discuss the web designs, so that your website design and functionality is exactly as you wish.

4 Once my website design is complete, do you provide any maintenance and support services?

Customer care and support are available via telephone and email for any concern related to your website should you encounter any problems or want to add some features. If you need specific maintenance assistance with your website, please call us at 469.278.5993 or contact us.

5 Do I have to pay in full up-front?

We don't require a full payment up-front. Most projects have 2-stages of payment installments.

  • First 1/2 is due upon project commencement as a deposit.

  • Second 1/2 is due upon project completion.

6 How do I pay you?

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
